Hey, I'm Nic!

I've spent the past 15 years cyclists, runners and triathletes lose weight and optimise their performance and health.

I'm a University qualified Nutritionist, father, husband, triathlete and small business owner. 

My days are hectic and often never the same, fitting in training, cooking healthy meals, looking after my own health and spending quality time with the family is a delicate balancing act. 

So I get you!

Food not only has to fuel my body, training, racing and lifestyle - but it needs to be simple, quick energising and family-friendly (so it can't be restrictive).

And that’s exactly why I've dedicated my professional life to helping other triathletes, runners and cyclists lose weight without losing performance and maintaining energy without restriction of foods.

My teachings are 100% grounded in science along with drawing on personal experiences and background in:
